At Dica An Deco Interiors, we specialize in premium residential and commercial interior design solutions. We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience in the Interior Design or Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute complete digital marketing strategies for interior design
• Generate qualified leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and organic marketing
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create and supervise high-quality content such as reels, site visit videos, client testimonials, and project walkthroughs
• Handle SEO, Google My Business, and website optimization
• Track campaign performance, ROI, ROAS, CPL, and lead quality
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and sales teams for marketing campaigns
• Build brand awareness and increase engagement through creative campaigns
• Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing strategies
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends in interior

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

Mandatory experience in Interior Design or Real Estate industry

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Experience in lead generation campaigns

Good understanding of branding, content strategy, and performance marketing

Strong communication and team management skills

Experience with Canva, CRM tools, and analytics tools is preferred

Creative mindset with strong execution ability

Preferred Skills:

Reel marketing and viral content strategy

Knowledge of luxury branding

Experience handling high-budget ad campaigns

Photography/video shoot coordination experience is a plus
