Role Description The PPC Team Lead – Performance Marketer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for leading a team of PPC specialists, planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels for eCommerce clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to improve ROI and scale profitable traffic. The PPC Team Lead will collaborate closely with SEO, social media, and creative teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing digital strategies. Additional tasks include mentoring team members, setting performance goals, preparing client reports, and staying current with platform updates, bidding strategies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong PPC and performance marketing skills, including expertise in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Shopping campaigns, remarketing, and bid management.
  • Candidates should possess analytical and optimization skills, including proficiency with Google Analytics, data interpretation, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
  • Candidates should possess campaign strategy and planning skills, including audience segmentation, keyword research, budget allocation, and multi-channel media planning.
  • Candidates should possess team leadership and collaboration skills, including experience leading PPC teams, mentoring specialists, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and managing client communication.
  • Candidates should possess reporting and communication skills, including building performance dashboards, preparing clear campaign summaries, presenting insights, and making data-backed recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; certifications in Google Ads or other major ad platforms are highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience managing substantial ad budgets for eCommerce brands, with a track record of improving ROAS, CPA, and overall revenue.
  • Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, operate in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to platform changes and market trends.
