Job Summary 

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PPC Specialist with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in driving qualified leads, maximizing ROI, reducing acquisition costs, and scaling performance marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals. 

The candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, experience with marketing automation tools, attribution models, conversion tracking, and data-driven decision-making. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute end-to-end paid marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms.  
  • Manage high-budget campaigns on:  
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping & YouTube)  
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)  
  • LinkedIn Ads  
  • Microsoft/Bing Ads  
  • Build scalable lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.  
  • Define campaign KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rate, CTR, and Quality Score.  
  • Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.  
  • Design and execute A/B testing strategies for:  
  • Ad creatives  
  • Landing pages  
  • Audience targeting  
  • Bid strategies  
  • Optimize campaigns using Smart Bidding, automated rules, scripts, and AI-powered recommendations.  
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize conversions.  
  • Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns across different platforms.  
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking using:  
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)  
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)  
  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking  
  • Meta Pixel  
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag  
  • Develop performance dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).  
  • Analyze attribution models and customer journeys to improve marketing effectiveness.  
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, Design, Sales, and Product teams for integrated marketing campaigns.  
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for senior management.  
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, privacy regulations, and platform updates.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience handling monthly advertising budgets of ₹20 Lakhs+ or equivalent.  
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS, IT Services, Technology, or Lead Generation businesses.  
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.  
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and AI-driven campaign optimization.  
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing to support integrated digital campaigns.  

 

Certifications (Preferred) 

  • Google Ads Search Certification

  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional  
  • LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certification  

 

Educational Qualification 

UG: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field. 

Preferred: MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing Certification.
