We are a fast-growing CAD / BIM outsourcing company in an ambitious expansion phase. As a founder-led business, we are building a high-performance team and are looking for a driven professional to join us in a key growth role.
This position sits within the Founder’s Office and offers significant ownership, visibility, and long-term growth potential. It is an output-driven role designed for individuals who are motivated by impact, responsibility, and performance-based rewards.
This is not a typical 9–5 job. It’s an output-driven role with performance-based growth.
Location: Durgapur
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Primary)
- Generate and qualify new leads (international & domestic)
- Outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Handle initial client communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, and deal closure
- Maintain lead pipeline and BD tracker
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal production team
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Act as communication bridge between founder, clients, and team
Reporting
- Daily activity report
- Weekly BD, operations, and payment status report
- Highlight risks, delays, and improvement suggestions
What We’re Looking For
- Background in Business Development / Sales (BIM/ IT Industry service-based preferred )
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Lead generation
- Follow-ups
- Client handling
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Ownership mindset (self-driven, accountable)
Working Style
- Flexible working hours
- No fixed office timing
- Must be responsive during business-critical situations
- Output and results matter more than hours
