Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales professional who can drive business growth in the construction and infrastructure sector by identifying opportunities, engaging customers, and positioning CCTech’s digital transformation solutions. This role combines consultative selling, industry knowledge, and technical solution positioning to help customers adopt modern digital workflows across engineering and construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AEC, construction, infrastructure, and EPC sectors
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for digital transformation and engineering software solutions
- Engage with decision makers including Engineering Heads, BIM Managers, CIOs, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Project Directors
- Lead client discussions from initial discovery to solution positioning
- Support deal progression and closure with leadership and technical teams
- Understand customer workflows, engineering challenges, and operational pain points
- Position CCTech offerings in areas such as:
- BIM implementation
- Engineering automation
- Construction data platforms
- Project dashboards and analytics
- Site digitization and monitoring
- Digital twin and lifecycle management
- Enterprise system integrations
- Clearly communicate value proposition, ROI, and operational benefits
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to shape solution approaches
- Participate in discovery workshops and technical discussions
- Support preparation of:
- capability presentations
- solution proposals
- RFP responses
- scope documents
- Build long-term relationships with customers across engineering, IT, and leadership teams
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts
- Maintain strong engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Track industry trends in:
- BIM
- Digital Construction
- AI in construction
- Digital twin technologies
- Identify emerging opportunities in the construction technology ecosystem
