Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Analyst for a contracted, hybrid position in their Glendale office! In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering scalable analytics and reporting solutions for the company. The role involves translating business goals into data products, KPIs, and user-centered experiences, serving as a bridge between stakeholders, data platforms, and engineering.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• 7+ years of business analysis experience in a large enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of product ownership or product-centric delivery experience.
• Strong experience designing analytics solutions, KPIs, dashboards, and data models.

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

• Lead stakeholder discovery and requirements gathering to understand business goals, user needs, and decision workflows.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization.
• Support migration of Power BI dashboards to a React-based framework in partnership with engineering.
• Apply UI/UX principles to analytics solutions to ensure usability and adoption.
