HR & Administration Executive

Work Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Cab Drop Available)

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and HR-related support
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture aligned with MYCPEONE’s values
- Address employee issues and assist with conflict resolution in a fair, timely, and professional manner
Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records while ensuring strict confidentiality
Administrative Responsibilities
Office Management
- Manage daily office operations, including facility management, office supplies, and vendor coordination
- Ensure the workplace remains clean, organized, and operationally efficient
Record Keeping
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and official documentation
- Develop and manage effective filing systems (both physical and digital)
Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings, training programs, and corporate events
Management Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior management as required
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of HR best practices and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
