HR & Administration Executive

Company: MYCPEONE

Location: Surat

Work Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Cab Drop Available)

Key Responsibilities



Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and HR-related support
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture aligned with MYCPEONE’s values
  • Address employee issues and assist with conflict resolution in a fair, timely, and professional manner

Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with applicable regulations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records while ensuring strict confidentiality

Administrative Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Manage daily office operations, including facility management, office supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure the workplace remains clean, organized, and operationally efficient

Record Keeping

  • Maintain administrative records, contracts, and official documentation
  • Develop and manage effective filing systems (both physical and digital)

Event Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings, training programs, and corporate events

Management Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to senior management as required


Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of HR best practices and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
