The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for collecting ,managing and analyzing vendor data to provide insights and recommendations for improving vendor management processes.

This Role Typically Includes The Following Responsibilities

  • Updating new data while managing the existing vendor data. Maintaining data quality and carrying out data quality control, linkage and validations as required.
  • Assisting in handling vendor data while ensuring data protection
  • Developing and /OR maintaining existing vendor databases and reporting tools to support vendor management activities.
  • Extraction of data for auditing and Monitoring vendor processes.
  • Work with contract team in managing and keeping all contracts active.
  • Primary liaison on working with Operations, invoicing and other teams in procuring data required for addressing issues.
  • Work with the compliance, procurement and contract teams to procure data for identifying gaps in the processes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements based on their analysis of vendor data.

Experience : 6-8 years with 1 to 2 years of experience in process improvement projects and working with external vendors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience is preferred.

Working hours: Standard IST hours. This role will have overlap between early US morning time and evening India time. You will require to manage your working hours as required.

Location: AC locations

  • Good written and verbal communication skill.
  • Should be well versed with excel and have adequate experience doing reporting work. Working knowledge on Macros is added benefit.
  • Working experience on SharePoint is preferred. Being able to design and create sharepoint pages will be beneficial for this role.
  • You are comfortable working with ambiguity & reasonable autonomy, researching and being curious should be part of your nature.
  • A good team player who can work seamlessly with multiple team members and groups.
  • Someone with prior experience working with vendor is preferred
