Senior Associate Lawyer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Associate Lawyer with extensive experience in litigation before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills, along with a deep understanding of procedural and substantive laws.

This is a senior role requiring leadership, independent case handling, and client advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and other tribunals.
• Draft, review, and finalize petitions, appeals, writs, counter affidavits, and legal opinions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex constitutional and commercial issues.
• Strategize litigation plans and coordinate with junior associates and external counsels.
• Attend hearings, conferences, and client meetings independently.
• Maintain case progress reports and manage documentation effectively.
• Provide proactive legal advice and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. (preferred).
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Proven track record of appearances in the Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle complex matters independently.
• Good client-handling and team management capabilities.
