Job Description- Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage end-to-end architectural design and planning in coordination with Principal architect and all other consultants including Structure, MEP, Landscape etc.

• Review design concepts, working drawings, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery maintaining the design parameters.

• Provide necessary support to the relevant team for statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and liasoning with relevant authorities.

• Ability to provide necessary support to the Sales-Marketing and legal team on architectural perspective.

• Monitor and resolve design-related issues during construction.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and design intent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in real estate project design and execution.

• Experience working with reputed real estate developer organizations on residential and/or commercial projects of similar scale and complexity will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of building regulations, approvals, and compliance processes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
