About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Lead Architect to join our Interior Design team in Kozhikode. This role is ideal for an architect with a strong design sensibility and hands-on site experience who can lead the architectural planning and execution of luxury interior fit-out projects. You will work closely with interior designers, clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure every project is delivered with exceptional quality, functionality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural planning and execution of luxury residential and commercial interior projects.
• Develop architectural layouts, detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers to integrate architectural and interior design elements seamlessly.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups for compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure projects adhere to building regulations, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and support smooth project execution.
• Liaise with clients to present design solutions, address technical queries, and manage project expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 6+ years of experience in architecture, with significant exposure to luxury interior fit-out projects.
• Mandatory experience working alongside an interior design firm or interior designers, including direct involvement in construction site coordination and interior execution.
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, space planning, materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, site execution, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of design and execution.
