As a growing practice based in Bengaluru, we are looking for passionate architects who enjoy taking ownership, solving complex design challenges, and contributing to projects from concept through construction.


Experienced Architect/Senior Architects

Experience: 5+ Years (Exceptional candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience will also be considered)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.


We are looking for an experienced architect with a strong command of technical detailing, construction documentation, and project execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing projects through design development, consultant coordination, working drawings, site execution, and client interactions while maintaining the studio's design quality.


You will play a key role in translating design concepts into well-coordinated, buildable solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and with high technical standards. Alongside project responsibilities, you will mentor junior architects and contribute to refining the studio's design and documentation processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from Design Development through Construction Completion.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, construction details, and tender documentation.
  • Develop practical and technically sound detailing that can be efficiently executed on site.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, and specialist consultants.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor construction quality, resolve technical issues, and respond to RFIs.
  • Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups for design and technical compliance.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and consultant coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior architects and review drawings to maintain studio standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Contribute to improving office standards, documentation systems, and workflows.


Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise in architectural detailing and construction documentation.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, finishes, and building systems.
  • Experience handling projects independently from design development through site execution.
  • Excellent consultant coordination and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
  • Ability to solve technical problems independently and make informed design decisions.
  • Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination.
  • Good communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.


Software Proficiency

Proficiency in the following software is expected:

  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • SketchUp
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft Office

Experience with visualization software (Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape, etc.) is an advantage.


Preferred Experience
  • Interior design and landscape architecture coordination.
  • Hospitality, residential, campus, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary design environments.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • COA Registration preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating technical detailing, construction documentation, and completed projects.
  • Passion for thoughtful, context-driven architecture and high-quality project delivery.
