Job Role : Architect

Location : Mumbai


‘We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a long-term opportunity and is willing to commit to the role for at least three years.

We are seeking a creative, technically proficient, and detail-oriented Architect with 4–7 years of professional experience to join our Delhi studio. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, coordination, and technical delivery of architectural and interior projects across various stages, from concept development through construction documentation.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent technical skills, and proven experience in delivering projects using Autodesk Revit (Building Information Modelling). A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on Revit experience on live projects is essential.


Key Responsibilities:


Design & Technical Documentation

  • Prepare & develop architectural designs, presentation drawings, detailed design packages, and construction documentation.
  • Develop comprehensive architectural and interior fit-out drawings in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated, and suitable for tender and construction.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, and specialist consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and incorporate consultant feedback into project documentation.
  • Assist senior architects and project managers in resolving technical and design coordination issues.

Client & Team Support

  • Assist in preparing design presentations, reports, and client submissions.
  • Contribute to design discussions, technical problem-solving, and project reviews.
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams across time-zones while managing assigned tasks independently.

BIM / Revit Modelling

  • Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models using Autodesk Revit throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Produce coordinated drawing packages directly from Revit models.
  • Apply best practices for BIM standards, templates, families, parameters, and documentation workflows.

Design Coordination & Quality Assurance

  • Perform model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve coordination issues before construction.
  • Review project documentation for completeness, consistency, and compliance with office quality standards.
  • Support the delivery of coordinated design solutions while maintaining project schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering architectural and interior projects through multiple project stages.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Autodesk Revit experience on live projects.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including modelling, documentation, families, parameters, schedules, and view templates.
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows and project documentation standards.
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or other Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms will be considered an advantage.

Software Proficiency

  • Autodesk Revit (Essential)
  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of Visualization tools like Enscape, D5, Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar visualization software (preferred)
