Job Description

Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Work Mode: First week onsite at Trivandrum/Kochi, then Remote

Shift Timing: 02:00 PM IST - 11:00 PM IST

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Python scripting & security automation
3+ years of experience with AI guardrails & runtime controls
3+ years of experience implementing policy-as-code / rule engines
Strong understanding of AI risks such as prompt injection, hallucination & data leakage
5+ years of experience in security governance, audit controls & compliance automation
4+ years of experience in IAM, access control & enterprise security practices
Experience with prompt filtering, output validation & misuse protection
Exposure to ServiceNow, Saviynt or approval workflow systems is an added advantage
Understanding of Responsible AI / AI governance frameworks preferred
