Forward Deployed Engineer (Retail AI & Agentic AI)

We are looking for a Technical Savvy/Product Owner/Business Analyst/Architect who deeply understands retail operations, challenges existing workflows where appropriate, and then applies Agentic AI to create tangible business value.

You will be a core member of Reflections' AI POD, partnering with client SMEs, AI engineers, data engineers, solution architects, and UX specialists to rapidly deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Experience: 8 to 18 Year

Location: Hybrid (Open to Travel if required)

Key Responsibilities

Business Workflow Discovery

• Work closely with client business stakeholders across merchandising, supply chain, stores,

eCommerce, finance and customer operations.

• Document existing business workflows, pain points and decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification before introducing AI automation.
• Translate business objectives into Agentic AI use cases.

AI Solution Design

• Design AI agent workflows aligned with business processes.
• Break down complex retail operations into autonomous and collaborative AI agents.
• Define human-in-the-loop interactions where appropriate.
• Design multi-agent orchestration and escalation mechanisms.

Implementation Leadership

• Lead deployment of Agentic AI solutions from pilot to production.
• Configure and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems.
• Work with engineering teams to resolve implementation challenges.

• Ensure rapid iteration based on business feedback.

Customer Success

• Become a trusted advisor to client executives and business users.
• Drive user adoption and organizational change.
• Measure business outcomes and continuously optimize AI workflows.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the AI POD.
