Data Analyst Intern

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Pallav Technologies is a fast-growing fintech company that helps banks and NBFCs improve loan collections through technology, analytics, and operations. We work with large datasets and build tools that help businesses make better decisions.

• Analyze large collections and business datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Perform root cause analysis to understand changes in recovery rates, agent productivity, customer behavior, and operational performance
• Build SQL queries and use Python/R to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key business metrics
• Work on real-world business problems and provide data-backed recommendations to improve outcomes
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present insights to business and operations teams
• Support automation of recurring reports and analytical processes
• Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to drive data-driven decision making

• Final-year B.Tech/B.E. students graduating in 2026 or 2027
• Specialization in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and data
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, Python, or R
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience through Data Science, Analytics, or AI internships
• Research projects, published papers, or participation in conferences/hackathons related to Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning will be an added advantage
