Senior Accountant

About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5–7 years of experience in financial accounting, MIS reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Zoho Books and experience working in an IT company handling overseas transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis using Advanced Excel
• Handle GST, TDS, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
• Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
• Manage invoicing, billing, and accounts payable processes
• Prepare financial statements and support audit activities
• Handle overseas transactions and foreign remittances
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, auditors, and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of accounting and finance experience
• Strong expertise in Zoho Books
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills
• Experience in IT/Software/SaaS companies preferred
