Senior Accountant – Zoho Books

Company Description Vidhi Singhania is a renowned luxury fashion label rooted in Indian textiles, heritage, and culture, celebrated for its refined Kota and Benaras weaves and couture that reflects elegance, grandeur, and quality.

Vidhi Singhania is looking for a sincere, organised and technology-savvy Senior Accountant to independently manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our growing business.

CTC: Rupees 5.76 Lakhs per year

Experience

• 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (Mandatory) and Tally

Key Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting
• Sales, purchase and journal entries
• Bank reconciliations
• Accounts payable and receivable
• GST workings and coordination with the Chartered Accountant
• Preparation of monthly MIS and management reports
• Maintaining accurate digital records and documentation
• Assisting in inventory reconciliation, wherever applicable

Software Skills (Mandatory)

• Zoho Books
• Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive and Gmail)
• Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

• Detail-oriented with excellent numerical accuracy
• Comfortable using cloud-based accounting systems
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• A good communicator and team player

Location: Sultanpur, Mandi Road, New Delhi

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
