Senior Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping students identify their passion in engineering, management, research, media, law and other new-age careers
• Stating key benefits and offerings of courses, programs, and the institution
• Providing regular information about their application process and guiding students through the entire admission process
• Interact with the departments to undertake tests and interviews
• Staying up-to-date with the developments and changes in the educational sector
• Identifying well-deserved students for scholarships
• Conducting student outreach, recruiting events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities
• Arranging campus tours as and when required
• Assisting in obtaining funding, where required

Desirable Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any field
• Proven work experience as an Admissions Counsellor, Academic Advisor or a similar position
• Experience Required - 2 to 5 Years only.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
• Willingness to travel to different locations as and when required
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong leadership skills
• Good multitasking abilities
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
