Role Description
This full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager position is based in Bahadurgarh. In this role, you will oversee regional sales operations, develop and manage relationships with clients, and monitor sales targets to ensure growth in assigned territories. You will collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies, analyze market trends, and maintain customer satisfaction. Regular reporting and forecasting will be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the footwear or retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Capability to work effectively in an on-site environment with travel within assigned regions as needed.
