Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling front desk operations, including greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring superior customer service to all who visit the company premises.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills for maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for visitors
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are desirable
