Founder’s Office Intern – Sales & Growth (Business Development)

Location: Bhubaneswar / Remote

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 + Incentives up to ₹10,000 (yes, real money 💸)

Duration: 2–3 months (can convert to full-time)

This isn’t a “sit and observe” internship. You’ll be in the trenches:

• 📞 Cold calling brands (don’t worry, we’ll guide you)
• 📩 Sending cold DMs & emails that actually get replies
• 🔍 Lead generation (finding the right brands & decision-makers)
• 🤝 Brand communication & follow-ups
• 💡 Helping us close deals and grow revenue

We don’t care about degrees. We care about hunger.

• Strong English communication (spoken + written)
• Confidence in talking to strangers (very important)
• Basic understanding of sales / persuasion
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo (bonus, not mandatory)
• Business-minded thinking (you think in terms of growth, not tasks)
• Someone who takes ownership, not instructions
