Salary: ₹1,10,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Head – Retail Interior to lead our design division, drive innovative retail concepts, and ensure high-quality execution across premium retail projects. The candidate will be responsible for strategic design leadership, team management, and delivering impactful retail environments aligned with client expectations.

✔ Lead the complete retail interior design department

✔ Develop premium retail concepts, store layouts, and customer journey planning

✔ Review and approve design drawings, 3D concepts, and presentations

✔ Drive innovation in materials, fixtures, finishes, and retail display systems

✔ Coordinate closely with production, execution, and client teams

✔ Ensure design feasibility before production release

✔ Lead client presentations and final design approvals

✔ Mentor designers and improve team performance

✔ Maintain project deadlines and quality benchmarks

✔ 8–12 years of experience in retail interior design

✔ Proven leadership in handling multiple design projects

✔ Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop

✔ Strong technical understanding of retail fixtures and production drawings

✔ Excellent client communication and presentation skills

✔ Experience in luxury retail / branded store projects

✔ Strong decision-making ability

✔ Team leadership mindset
