Job Description
Most D2C brands don’t struggle with ads , they struggle with creatives that stop working. We’re building a system to consistently find winning ad creatives, and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of that entire process.
You’ll be involved in understanding the brand, researching competitors, figuring out what works, coming up with angles, writing hooks and scripts, and then actually getting those ideas produced. You’ll work closely with our team, creators, editors, videographers, and even AI tools/automations, and at the same time, you’ll be in touch with clients, understanding their problems and making sure what we create actually performs.
In the beginning, this role also includes ownership of delivery. We’re a small team, so it’s not about “this is my role” , it’s about making sure things get done properly and on time.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Expert in ads, hooks, and attention
- Understands D2C brands and performance marketing
- Can write strong scripts and ad concepts (with the help of Ai)
- Can manage people and communication across the team, creators and clients
- Takes ownership without waiting for instructions
- Understands the use of AI content creation
This role will feel fast, sometimes messy, but very real. You’ll learn quickly, make decisions, and directly impact how brands grow.
