Job Responsibilities
- Connect with and counsel working professionals regarding career development and educational programs.
- Conduct cold calling on leads and existing databases to generate and convert sales opportunities.
- Promote management and higher education programs based on the candidate’s profile and career goals.
- Maintain regular engagement with candidates through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Manage and update the candidate database and records efficiently.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Follow and adhere to pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Actively collaborate as a team player to drive overall sales growth.
