WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a pure outbound BDR role with a clear path to a closing role.

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for the US/NAMER market
  • Run multi-channel outbound: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and sequencing tools
  • Identify and target CFOs, Finance Heads, and Operators in ICP accounts
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality discovery meetings
  • Maintain and update CRM with strong hygiene and pipeline visibility
  • Continuously iterate messaging, sequences, and targeting based on outcomes
  • Work closely with leadership to refine ICP, pitch, and GTM strategy

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience (US market mandatory)
  • Proven track record in cold calling and outbound pipeline generation
  • Strong communication — comfortable speaking with senior finance stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset — this is a build-from-zero role
  • Hustle, consistency, and resilience — rejection won't slow you down


MUST HAVE

✓ Experience selling B2B SaaS

✓ Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or Lusha


GROWTH PATH

  • BDR → Senior BDR → Account Executive or the way you would want to
  • Opportunity to move into closing roles, GTM strategy, or early sales leadership
