We are building a high-performance outbound sales engine and are looking for a high-agency SDR who wants to master outbound and play a key role in creating a repeatable revenue machine from the ground up.
This is not a passive inbound role. You will be expected to research accounts deeply, craft thoughtful outreach, and engage senior decision-makers through structured, multi-channel prospecting.
If you enjoy cold calling, account-based prospecting, and winning conversations with revenue leaders, this role will give you the platform to do exactly that.
- Identify target companies and decision makers within our ICP
- Execute multi-channel outreach: cold calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn engagement
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Build target account lists
- Run ABM-style personalised campaigns
- Research accounts deeply before outreach
- Build and execute outbound sequences
- Manage messaging experiments and A/B testing
- Track and improve response rates
- Understand prospect pain points
- Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
- Ensure high-quality pipeline generation
- Maintain activity and pipeline in CRM
- Track outreach performance metrics
- Continuously improve messaging
- 2–5 years SaaS sales experience as SDR / BDR / outbound sales
- Exceptional at securing qualified meetings through cold calling
- Experience running email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns
- Comfortable speaking with CXO / VP / Director-level buyers
- Excellent written communication
- High ownership and self-motivation
- Experience selling to US markets
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Outreach
Within 2–3 months you will:
- Consistently generate qualified pipeline
- Book 10–15 meetings per month
- Run effective outbound campaigns
- Contribute ideas to improve Deal Copilot's GTM strategy
- Help build the core revenue engine
- High ownership and fast career growth
