About the Role :


We are hiring for one of India's fastest-growing premium kids' essentials brands, building bold, design-led products across lunchboxes, bottles, bags and tableware — products kids love and parents trust, each one engineered around child-first safety and design.


We're looking for a creative, trend-aware Ad Script Writer who can create scroll-stopping scripts for Reels, Meta ads, UGC content and brand campaigns. You can use AI to upgrade and scale your writing, but not to replace it. We need fresh variations, simple yet impactful writing, and a sharp instinct for what makes someone stop, watch and buy. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. You'll write hooks that grab attention in the first 2 seconds, stories that hold it, and CTAs that convert, across everything from a 15-second reel to a full UGC creator brief.


What You'll Do:


  • Script Reels & Meta ads: write scroll-stopping scripts for Instagram Reels, Meta performance ads and short-form video, hook to CTA.
  • UGC content briefs: create detailed, creator-ready briefs with hooks, talking points and CTAs that convert on paid media.
  • Brand campaign scripts: concept and write scripts for seasonal campaigns, product launches and always-on storytelling.
  • Iterate on what works: study performance data, understand which hooks and angles are winning, and write variations fast.
  • AI-assisted scaling: use AI tools to upgrade, vary and scale your scripts while keeping the brand voice and creative quality yours.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with designers, video editors and the performance team to deliver shoot-ready, platform-native scripts.


Who You Are:


  • You watch reels not just for fun. You're reverse-engineering the hook in your head.
  • You write lean, punchy copy. No fluff. Every word earns its place.
  • You think in formats. A UGC testimonial brief looks different from a brand reel script.
  • You adapt fast. If a hook isn't working, you have three alternatives ready.
  • You use AI as a tool, not a ghostwriter. The ideas and voice are yours.
  • You've worked with D2C or lifestyle brands and understand what moves Indian consumers.


Skills We're Looking For:


Must Have

  • Hook writing, and Reel & short-form scripts
  • Meta ad copywriting, and UGC briefs & scripts
  • Storytelling for conversion and sharp CTA writing
  • Comfort using AI tools for content, and fast iteration
