SAP PP/ PPDS/QM Consultant

Our client, a leading technology-driven organization with a strong presence in India, the US, and the Middle East, is looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to join their team in Kochi, InfoPark.

If you have 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience, hands-on exposure to S4 HANA/ECC, and a passion for production planning and quality management in the manufacturing domain, this role is for you!

What you’ll do:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PP/QM functional specifications

• Configure and customize SAP modules, set up master data (BOMs, work centers, routings)

• Lead implementations and ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, and other modules

• Execute testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide end-user training

• Document processes and configurations comprehensively

• Continuously improve production planning and quality management processes

Key Skills & Experience:

• SAP PP/QM implementation and support (minimum 2 full life-cycle projects)

• Strong configuration, testing, and integration skills

• Production Order Processing in discrete/repetitive manufacturing

• Quality Management across procurement, production, and sales

• Master data management: BOMs, work centers, routings, inspection plans

• Functional specification documentation & coordination with ABAP teams

• Exposure to SAP Fiori, S4 systems, and cross-functional modules (Finance, SD, Procurement)

Bonus Skills:

• SAP PPDS experience

• S/4 HANA implementation experience

• Willingness to travel (domestic/international)
