Job Role:

Senior Sales Officer

Job Description (JD):

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Handle and supervise the field sales team in assigned territory
  • Manage distributors, dealers, and key customers
  • Ensure market expansion and territory growth
  • Monitor daily sales activities and prepare reports
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients

Experience Required:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in FMCG / Field Sales
  • Experience in handling territory sales and team supervision preferred

Education Qualification:

  • Any Graduate (BA / B.Com / B.Sc / BBA or equivalent)
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing – preferred

Salary:

  • ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  • Plus incentives based on performance
  • Salary is negotiable depending on experience

  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
