Aeliya Marine Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support our procurement operations. If you have basic purchase experience and strong coordination skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Department: Procurement / Purchase

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

✅ Handle product inquiries and provide accurate information

✅ Source and research products through various online platforms

✅ Identify and evaluate potential vendors (domestic & international)

✅ Support vendor development and maintain supplier relationships

✅ Compare quotations based on price, quality, quantity, and delivery terms

✅ Regular follow-up with vendors via calls and emails

✅ Assist in price negotiation and procurement discussions

✅ Share updated quotations with Sales and eBay teams

✅ Generate purchase orders after approval

✅ Track orders and ensure timely delivery

✅ Maintain purchase data, invoices, and delivery records

✅ Demonstrate proactive participation in daily and real-time tasks

• Basic knowledge of purchase/procurement process
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good coordination ability

• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
