Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: Tamil Nadu)

Experience: 5–10 Years

ShopSynq is a commerce SaaS platform that helps businesses manage online stores, products, inventory, orders, payments, CRM, shipping, and business operations from a single platform.


We are looking for an experienced Sales Process Consultant to help us build a scalable sales engine and improve lead-to-customer conversion.


Responsibilities

  • Audit the current sales process and conversion funnel
  • Analyze Meta Ads leads and lead quality
  • Design a complete sales pipeline and CRM workflow
  • Create lead qualification frameworks
  • Develop discovery call and demo scripts
  • Build objection-handling playbooks
  • Create WhatsApp follow-up sequences
  • Define KPIs and reporting metrics
  • Train and mentor sales executives
  • Review sales calls and provide feedback


Required Experience

  • 5+ years in SaaS, ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, or B2B software sales
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification and conversion funnels
  • Experience training inside sales teams
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, etc.
