Sales Process Consultant (Part-Time / Contract)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: Tamil Nadu)
Experience: 5–10 Years
Engagement: Part-Time Contract (2–3 Months)

ShopSynq is a commerce SaaS platform that helps businesses manage online stores, products, inventory, orders, payments, CRM, shipping, and business operations from a single platform.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Process Consultant to help us build a scalable sales engine and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
Responsibilities
- Audit the current sales process and conversion funnel
- Analyze Meta Ads leads and lead quality
- Design a complete sales pipeline and CRM workflow
- Create lead qualification frameworks
- Develop discovery call and demo scripts
- Build objection-handling playbooks
- Create WhatsApp follow-up sequences
- Define KPIs and reporting metrics
- Train and mentor sales executives
- Review sales calls and provide feedback
Required Experience
- 5+ years in SaaS, ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, or B2B software sales
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Strong understanding of lead qualification and conversion funnels
- Experience training inside sales teams
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, etc.

Compensation
Contract-based compensation depending on experience and deliverables.
