Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Officer at Tata Capital. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, supporting channel sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves daily interaction with potential customers, addressing client queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with Tata Capital’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on resolving customer inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Channel Sales and a thorough understanding of sales processes
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is a plus
