We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Professional with 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare product industry. The ideal candidate should be a self-driven individual contributor who can independently manage the complete sales cycle, right from lead engagement to conversion, relationship management, repeat business, and upselling opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage qualified leads provided by the company.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from first interaction to closure and post-sales engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships.
  • Present product benefits, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions/products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and customer records.



Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Strong experience in B2B sales environments
  • Preferably from the medical, healthcare, or product-based industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of conversions and client management
  • Strong understanding of customer retention and upselling strategies
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
