About the Role:

Lead our mandate acquisition team to secure exclusive property listings and drive sales growth. We need an experienced real estate professional with proven people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of mandate sales executives to achieve monthly targets
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members on mandate acquisition strategies
• Secure exclusive property mandates from owners through strategic networking and negotiation
• Develop and implement sales strategies to convert open mandates to exclusive agreements
• Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching
• Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and maintain accurate sales reports in CRM
• Handle high-value mandate negotiations and escalated client issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in real estate mandate sales
• At least 2 years managing/leading a sales team
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and securing exclusive mandates
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
• Valid driver's license preferred
