About the Role:
Lead our mandate acquisition team to secure exclusive property listings and drive sales growth. We need an experienced real estate professional with proven people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mandate sales executives to achieve monthly targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members on mandate acquisition strategies
- Secure exclusive property mandates from owners through strategic networking and negotiation
- Develop and implement sales strategies to convert open mandates to exclusive agreements
- Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching
- Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and maintain accurate sales reports in CRM
- Handle high-value mandate negotiations and escalated client issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in real estate mandate sales
- At least 2 years managing/leading a sales team
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and securing exclusive mandates
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
- Valid driver's license preferred
