Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST (5 Days a Week)
Compensation: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 LPA

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to manage and nurture key client relationships during US working hours. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, high client satisfaction, and long-term retention.

This role requires strong communication skills, account management experience, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities where relevant.

Account Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables.
  • Track project progress and proactively address potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
  • Ensure client renewals and minimize churn.

Communication & Reporting

  • Provide timely updates and reports to clients regarding performance, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare account summaries and client reports.
  • Escalate critical concerns internally and ensure quick resolution.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing roles.
  • Experience working with international (US/UK) clients preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts (9 PM – 5 AM IST).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
