Role Overview:

Join our Integrated Studies Program (ISP) as an Academic Mentor. In this role, you will be the primary support system for our day scholars, ensuring they thrive both academically and personally. You will act as a mentor, a guide, and a coordinator—helping students turn a challenging curriculum into a journey of holistic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship: Lead students toward academic excellence through personalized guidance and time-management coaching.
• Intervention: Use data to spot students who are struggling and work with teachers to get them back on track.
• Parent Partnership: Maintain open, professional communication with families to ensure a consistent support system.
• Operational Excellence: Keep meticulous records of attendance and achievements using digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire young minds.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• High digital literacy (MS Office Suite).
