Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager India to join our sales team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from pipeline generation to deal closure.
As a Sales Manager, your focus will be on driving new business, managing key accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from pipeline generation to deal closure.
As a Sales Manager, your focus will be on driving new business, managing key accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle sales for assigned accounts or territory, including:
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Qualification and discovery
- Solution presentation and product demos
- Proposal preparation, negotiation, and contracting
- Closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM tools
- Continuously identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in closing mid market accounts
- Proven track record of closing end-to-end deals independently
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience with AI, automation, or AI chat and voice agents is a plus
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously
- A strong individual contributor with a proactive, self-starter mindset
- Passionate about building relationships and delivering results
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously
- Comfortable collaborating across teams to ensure customer success
