Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will oversee key account management, identify and engage with prospective clients, develop sales strategies, and lead efforts to drive revenue growth in line with company objectives. Responsibilities will include building long-term client relationships, conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets in the defence and technology sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, account management, and customer relationship building
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, contract negotiation, and market analysis
- Experience in the defence, technology, or robotics industries is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within a team to achieve goals
- Proficiency in CRM software and related sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven work environment and lead with a strategic vision
