Job SummaryAdiona Travels is looking for a dynamic and target-driven MICE Sales professional to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and closing MICE opportunities. This is a pure sales role, focused on generating business and achieving closures. No execution responsibilities are involved.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities for Domestic and International MICE.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized MICE solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, itineraries, and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Close sales opportunities and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the Operations team only for project handover after successful deal closure.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, MIS reports, and CRM records.
- Strong experience in MICE Sales and Business Development.
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Strong corporate networking and relationship management abilities.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international MICE destinations.
- Commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in MICE Sales, Corporate Sales, or Travel Sales.
- Experience with a MICE, Travel, Destination Management, or Event Management company.
- Strong corporate client network will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
