Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales activities of Southern region.
Should have experience in STP & ETP in Municipal segment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and implementing sales plans
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with CRM software tools and sales performance metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
