Your Role and Impact
As our Sales Engineer for East India, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, supporting customers with technical solutions, and converting leads into successful projects.
- Build strong product and solution knowledge to create value-adding proposals for clients.
- Visit end clients, MEP/HVAC consultants, and contractors to promote FabricAir fabric ducting solutions.
- Follow up on leads consistently to increase conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data.
- Generate sales revenue in line with agreed targets.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Sales Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and take responsibility. You are structured in your approach, confident in customer interactions, and motivated by achieving results.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and duct layout understanding.
- Basic knowledge of heat load calculations.
- Good communication and writing skills in English (local language skills are an advantage).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
