Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in South region
  • Identify and acquire new Pharma & Healthcare customers (Pharma & Food & Beverage Machineries industries)
  • Candidate must have core experiences in Ointment , Liquid filling lines / Pouch filling machines etc.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions of Pharma, Healthcare, Cosmetic trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) with Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales within pharma and food & beverage equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharma/ formulation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
