Position: Senior Executive - Operations
Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Operations team. This role will work closely with lender partners, internal Credit and Finance teams, and Sales stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of lending processes from case approval through disbursement and ongoing loan book management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong process discipline, analytical capability, and effective stakeholder coordination, along with a sound understanding of lending operations.

Position: Senior Executive - Operations
Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Operations team. This role will work closely with lender partners, internal Credit and Finance teams, and Sales stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of lending processes from case approval through disbursement and ongoing loan book management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong process discipline, analytical capability, and effective stakeholder coordination, along with a sound understanding of lending operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with lender partners for discussions, meetings, and requirement alignment, including scheduling and facilitating personal discussions alongside the Credit team.
- Manage sanction coordination, maintain sanction records, and oversee post-sanction activities such as agreements, documentation, and formalities.
- Ensure timely fund flow and disbursements, confirm receipt of processing fees, and track income, interest, and other lender-related collections.
- Act as the primary point of contact for lender queries and coordinate with Sales, Credit, Finance, and Customers for timely resolution.
- Track SLAs and turnaround times, maintain updated records, and ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance standards.
- Manage loan book data including EMI schedules, outstanding balances, interest calculations, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly revenue billing and support daily, weekly, and monthly internal and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintain and manage MIS for disbursements, collections, and loan book monitoring, including tracking delinquencies and recovery updates.
- Work extensively on Excel for reporting, data analysis, reconciliations, and operational insights, while suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Nach processing and updating records
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Finance or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations or a closely related role.
- Strong understanding of lending processes, documentation, and due diligence requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of financial statements and basic ratio analysis.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- End-to-end ownership of lender operations, from deal approval to disbursement and ongoing loan book management.
- Direct exposure to multiple lender partners and diverse deal structures across products and ticket sizes.
