Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager, Home Furnishings. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by overseeing and managing the sales team, developing relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes tracking market trends, building partnerships, generating sales reports, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales strategies and implement effective promotional campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Business Development, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Leadership and Team Management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Excellent Negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to market trends and provide creative solutions
  • Previous experience in the home furnishings or interior design sector is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
