Role Description

The Accessories Designer will be responsible for designing innovative accessories and jewelry, developing new product concepts, and conducting research on market trends and sustainable materials. The role includes overseeing the full product development cycle, from ideation to execution, while ensuring alignment with Karnam’s commitment to sustainability and unique aesthetic vision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close collaboration with the design and artisan teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accessory Design, Jewelry Design, and Product Design by using textile waste.
• Strong skills in Embroidery, materials, and techniques
• Understanding of sustainable and ethical design practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with artisans and production teams
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the fashion or design industry is an advantage
