Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore for a Sales Manager - Gold Loans. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage gold loan operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive business growth within the region. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, creating and maintaining relationships with customers, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and processes. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Any bachelor degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Gold loan sales, preferably in banks and NBFCs.
- Having team handling experience in the previous assignments.
- Proficiency in sales management, business development, and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive team performance effectively.
- Knowledge of gold appraisal techniques and gold loan products.
- Understanding of customer relationship management and experience in outreach initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in an on-site role and manage local operations efficiently.
