Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Hennur, Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing end-to-end advisory services. Daily tasks include prospecting high-potential clients, analyzing market trends, presenting curated property solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless transaction management. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver premium customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with HNWIs and other high-profile clients
- Market analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in evaluating real estate trends
- Knowledge of luxury real estate, property investment strategies, and high-end residential advisory
- Organizational and project management skills for handling multiple deals simultaneously
- Experience in real estate markets, especially in premium residential and commercial properties, is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools
