Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Lead to drive business growth through solution-based selling of Kemar’s automation and digital platforms.
This role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle, building strategic relationships, and positioning Kemar’s solutions—including UrgeTruck and other platforms—as key enablers of operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Business Development & Revenue Ownership- Drive end-to-end sales cycle:
- Lead generation
- Qualification
- Solution presentation
- Proposal submission
- Negotiation & closure
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure pipeline growth
- Understand customer challenges in:
- Logistics operations
- Yard and gate management
- Plant and warehouse processes
- Position Kemar’s offerings, including:
- UrgeTruck (Transport & Yard platform)
- KYMS (Yard Management System)
- KGOS (Gate Automation)
- Work with technical teams to develop customized, value-driven solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Existing customers
- New strategic accounts
- Identify opportunities for:
- Upselling
- Cross-selling
- Multi-location deployments
- Manage RFQs / RFPs / tenders
- Coordinate internally for:
- Technical solutions
- BOQ preparation
- Commercial proposals
- Ensure high-quality, competitive submissions
- Identify new opportunities across:
- Ports & terminals
- Steel & metal industries
- Automotive & manufacturing
- Logistics & warehousing
- Build partnerships with:
- System integrators
- Technology partners
- Work closely with:
- Product & application teams
- Project delivery teams
- Ensure alignment between:
- Sales commitments
- Execution capabilities
- 6–12+ years in B2B / enterprise sales
- Experience in:
- Industrial automation / logistics / enterprise software
- Proven track record of:
- Achieving revenue targets
- Closing large deals
- Strong consultative / solution selling skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions (software + IoT + automation)
- Experience handling long and complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Experience selling:
- TMS / WMS / ERP / automation platforms
- Existing network in:
- Ports / manufacturing / logistics sectors
- Exposure to:
- Government or large enterprise tenders
- Strong ownership of:
- Revenue
- Pipeline
- Deal closures
- Ability to position platform-led solutions (like UrgeTruck)
- Comfortable engaging with:
- CXOs
- Plant heads
- Operations teams
- Work with cutting-edge solutions in Industry 4.0 and logistics automation
- Opportunity to sell integrated platforms like UrgeTruck
- Exposure to large-scale industrial projects
- High ownership and growth potential
