Job Objective

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive organizational growth by developing effective sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving annual revenue goals, optimizing processes, and fostering a strong sales culture that consistently delivers results.

  • Define, implement, and monitor sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • KRA: Achievement of annual sales plans & forecast accuracy.

  • Lead and manage the entire sales function, including senior team leads.
  • Foster motivation, performance, and accountability.
  • KRA: Sales department performance & team productivity.

  • Identify and drive new business development and customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Execute strategies for market penetration.
  • KRA: New market penetration & revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and managing large teams.
