Job Objective
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive organizational growth by developing effective sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving annual revenue goals, optimizing processes, and fostering a strong sales culture that consistently delivers results.
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Sales Strategy & Planning
- Define, implement, and monitor sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- KRA: Achievement of annual sales plans & forecast accuracy.
πΉ Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage the entire sales function, including senior team leads.
- Foster motivation, performance, and accountability.
- KRA: Sales department performance & team productivity.
πΉ Market Expansion
- Identify and drive new business development and customer acquisition opportunities.
- Execute strategies for market penetration.
- KRA: New market penetration & revenue growth.
πΉ Process Optimization
- Develop and refine sales processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- KRA: Reduced sales cycle time & process efficiency.
πΉ Training & Development
- Support structured learning programs to enhance team capability and performance.
- KRA: Training completion & effectiveness.
πΉ Budget & Resource Management
- Efficiently allocate resources and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
- KRA: Cost efficiency & ROI optimisation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 7β10 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and managing large teams.
